THE EXCEPTION

Controlled Origin Label “Coteaux du Languedoc”, red wine, brought up in vat and in oak barrels during 12 months.

Exception 2006 : Very attractive ambitious and complex wine in it skates aromatic mastered around the tobacco, around the grilled, around the crystallized black currant and around the liquorice. The mouth remains smooth on beautiful tannins with fine grains.

GOLD medal “Vignerons Indépendants 2009”.

Exception 2005 : Rich, powerful and complex wine (tobacco, cedar, tapenade).

Bronze medal “Vallée d’Hérault 2008”.

Exception 2004 : Original, balsamic and spicy vintage. The mouth is fresh, roasted and elegant.

Double awarded wine : bronze medal “Vignerons Indépendants 2008” – silver medal “Vallée d’Hérault 2007”.

MAITRE HENRI

The classic red Controlled Origin Label : Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and old Carignan : percentage can be a little bit different one year from another. Wines to be sampled between 4 and 10 years of age, they will accompany marvelously your red meats, your cheeses and will make your meals a success.

Maître Henri 2004 : Well-balanced wine, rich in mouth, pleasing, with notes of cherry and liquorice; the mouth is supple and fleshy.

Maître Henri 2005 : Peppered and candied, with notes of cherry; the mouth is tonic.

Maître Henri 2007 : Dense and fruity with notes of small red candied fruits.

VIN DE PAYS D'OC

Montnègre in freedom : Assembly of our seven red vines depending on the year.

2004 : 40 % Mourvèdre, 30 % Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Tonic and supple wine in mouth, with flavors of blackberry and coffee.

ROSE

Controlled Origin Label “Coteaux du Languedoc”.

2008 : Attractive pale and mauve dress; the brilliant nose of grapefruit and currant, the tonic and thirst-quenching mouth; really delicious.

WHITE

2007 : Meaning and fruity (citrus fruits); the mouth is net and well balanced.
